Hello, friends! Today is Thursday and it's time for our new challenge. Anna and Leanne have prepared for you a challenge "From A to Z" - all letters of the alphabet should be used. And this is Anna's layout. I played with January 'This must be the place' main and add-on kit. But wood veneer letters are from December 2014 Heartbeats Add-On, they are really so inspiring!  Do you feel sometimes, that materials tell you what to do? I feel it sometimes and this time too! Letters and these pictures of my baby told me to create this layout. The most hard thing for me...

Wow, did I ever have fun with my This Life Noted pocket pages this week!  First of all, I was pleased with how easy it was to use the Print and Cut feature of my Silhouette to cut around the printables included with the kit.  I am not very technically inclined, so that was a happy little surprise for me!  Secondly, I decided to use my pocket page to document a recent weekend spent at our good friends' cottage, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out!  I usually do one pocketed page per month, and I...

With having the boy themed kit, I thought I would scrap something my daughter loves.  What came to mind when I saw that big bulls eye in the kit was my daughter. I thought it would be a fun twist to use a pretty specifically boy themed kit with photos of my daughter. She completely loves the Hunger Games trilogy. I...

January 2014 This Life Noted Jennie McGarvey pocket This Life Noted wood veneers

Hello there!  Jennie here and I'm happy to share with you my pocket pages for week 2 of 2014!  The January This Life Noted kit was perfect for this week -- which included my trip to CHA!  (What an exciting trip that was.  I saw lots of things I hope that Jessica includes in future kits!) I left this spread fairly simple.  I really wanted to focus on the content, since there was so much that was exciting about this week.  However, I did add an extra insert to one of the 4x6" slots to add room for an extra...
