Hi! It's Jocelyn on the blog today.   The Scraptastic kits have some of the coolest wood veneers. I love the look of natural wood on some projects, but for others, I like to alter them. I did some experimenting and wanted to share some ways to alter the veneers and a few tips.   First up, inking and painting:    1. On the left, I simply covered the wood veneer with pigment ink (Fresh Ink). Dye ink works well, too, especially if you use a sponge for even coverage.
