Layouts with Everything I am kit

 Hi there,

Marinette here today with you to share two layouts made with the gorgeous "Everything I am" kit.

I love the feminine colors from this kit but I have no girl at home.

No matter, pink for a boy doesn't scare me.

I chose to play with contrast on my layout so I decided to use a dark background perfect to mix with a touch of pink and grey.

What I often love to use on my layouts is packaging. So I decided to use the packaging from the Ormolu flairs as well as the barcode.

I use a lot of embellishments from the kit: Freckle Fawn doilies, Freckle Fawn lovely Bits Hearts, Ormolu flairs and Freckle Fawn arrow Paperclips.

I use the American Crafts white pastel pen to draw the Chevron from the vellum die-cut.

I stamped here and there

And of course I use some mixed-media actions like doodlings and white ink splashes.

On this second layout, I choose to work with very masculine colors like grey and black. I love so much this color scheme.

A lot of layering and a lot of stamping here and there.

With a so feminine kit you can also do masculine layouts.

Can't wait to see your gorgeous creations with this kit;)

Have a lovely day♥

Marinette

Wonderful looking kit! The embellishments look like yummy melted chocolates on the page.

Isn’t that dark background great? I had a hard time deciding which side of the paper to use, and finally opted for the chevron side. I still have a few scraps that might be flipped around. I love the white pen effects.

The second LO especially caught my eye, and I love the teensy bit of yellow!
