Card Card Making Just Beachy September 2012 Kits

Good morning.  I am constantly inspired by inspiration around us, from magazine ads, to Pinterest, to store displays, to notecards.

Today, I wanted to share with you a note card I received in the mail and decided to use as inspiration to create 2 quick, fun cards.

Here is the notecard I received:

I was very, very inspired by all the different blocks with off-setting focals.  I used my September Just Beachy kit to create two cards completely inspired by the design and "off-setting" of elements in this notecard.

Thank You Card

On my thank you card, I decided to stay pretty true to the design and off-set some stripes and messy stitching, along with fun patterns and colors.

jump in card

To create the "jump in" card, I decided to play with the patterned blocks from the bicycle paper and off-set some of the flag designs and flip flops.

Have you received or seen a notecard that has inspired you lately?  Pull it out and let's get inspired by it!

happy creating♥

Your inspiration card was nice, but the cards you created are delightful! Not only the cheery colors and the stitching, but the die cut shape/sentiment on the first one, and the adorable flip flops and pennants on the second make them something special!
