January layouts with Marinette
Hi there,
Marinette here today with you to share two layouts I made with the January kit "Days of our Lives".
I love the gorgeous colors from this kit! The touches of red is perfect to mix with the soft blue color from the kit.
On this layout I used a dark cardstock to contrast with the red Studio Calico paper.
This picture of my son is about a big step in his life!
He was able to drink alone at 8 years old. We are so proud of him. It's a big progress♥
I added a lot of embellishments from the kit: Jenni Bowlin stickers, wood stars, washi tape, OA buttons, stamps
On this second layout I focused all my papers in the middle. I love to layer a lot of colorful papers:
I love this combination of red, black and soft blue.

Two great LO’s with this kit! I especially love the first one — the red is a wonderful addition to all the neutrals, in just the right amounts. Both projects beautifully layered and embellished!
